I’ve been part of the real estate industry since 2015, gaining experience across property management, sales administration, coaching, and operations. Today, I work in People and Culture, where my focus is simple, supporting people to do their best work and genuinely enjoy what they do.

I’m passionate about teamwork, collaboration, and creating a positive workplace culture. I pride myself on being approachable, solution-focused, and someone who can jump in wherever needed (a bit of a jack of all trades!).

When I’m not at work, I’m usually spending time with my dog Pepper or catching up with friends and family.
