Real Estate Administrator

We are looking for an Administrator for our awesome team.

On a day to day basis, some key activities will be:

  • Answering phone calls and greeting customers
  • Processing sales
  • Processing accounts
  • General support to the team

You don’t need to have specialty knowledge for this role. Anyone who has the below qualities can excel.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Loves getting things done efficiently
  • Is good with numbers (using a calculator of course)
  • Has great accuracy
  • Finds using computers and technology a breeze
  • Wants to be their best self

This is a role where you will be counted on by other team members and you will need to be available outside normal hours for occasional things. If you are rushing to get out the door at 5pm then this is not the role for you. The successful applicant will need to do a 4 day course to get a real estate certificate if they are successful. This is a great position for someone in administration or looking for a start in real estate

Real Estate Business Development Manager

We are seeking a Business Development Manager for our residential property management team to increase our properties under management

On a daily basis you will be building relationships with and onboarding investors that our agency has had previous contact with

Requirements:

  • Minimum 18 months experience in the property industry
  • Not afraid to cold call or warm call
  • Willing to work any hours required including Saturdays
  • Fast at picking up on new computer programs and fast with computers generally
  • Confident
  • Self motivated, wanting to grow both personally and professionally

Skills, Qualifications & Experience required:

  • Current real estate registration with Office of Fair Trading
  • Drivers licence and your own clean, presentable car

Property Manager

We need another great Property Manager to join our team. Here is a quick snapshot:

  • We have a full time leasing agent in place already and a team that works extremely well together and is pretty easy going
  • Admin support provided such as processing invoices, following up maintenance, lease renewals and more

  • At the start of covid, we didn’t let anyone go, we focused on providing a better service and growing

Experience required: Capable of looking after at least 140 landlords/tenants and doing a standout job. If you haven’t worked as a property manager before but have worked in a real estate office for a minimum of 2 years and are 100% up for the challenge, then apply

Our properties are well looked after and this should be an easy transition. Saturdays are done on a rotating roster so approx once every 6 weeks.

Some of the tools we use are Console Cloud, Realworks, Docusign, IRE, 2apply and more. Even if you haven’t used these before, the right person will be able to pick up on these pretty quick. Portfolio sizes range between 120-150 and you should feel comfortable managing this size portfolio to a high standard especially with the support provided
