Gemma brings more than a decade of property management experience to Harcourts Pinnacle. Since starting in the industry in 2014 as a property management assistant, she has worked her way through the ranks to property manager and senior property manager, gaining a thorough, hands-on understanding of every stage of the tenancy process along the way.

What sets Gemma apart is her genuine focus on building relationships and trust. She believes great property management starts with open, honest communication, and she takes the time to understand each owner’s goals so she can help them get the most from their investment. Her tenants and owners alike can count on her for reliable, professional service and a friendly, approachable manner.

Gemma is committed to making a positive impact on both her clients and the team around her. She’s always looking to develop her skills, take on new challenges and continue growing within the industry, ensuring her clients benefit from the latest knowledge and best practice.

Outside the office, Gemma loves making the most of the Queensland lifestyle. You’ll usually find her camping, relaxing at the beach or out on the water jet-skiing on the weekends.
