Salvatore Contarino brings a strong background in training management, compliance, and customer service to his role as Residential Property Management Assistant. Prior to joining the real estate industry, he worked in the VET sector supporting apprentices and trade-qualified construction workers to upskill, alongside a variety of delivery roles where providing quality service was key.

In his real estate career, Salvatore aims to make the property experience stress-free and reliable for both owners and tenants. He is dedicated to being someone clients can trust—communicating clearly, resolving issues quickly, and ensuring every property under his care is managed to the highest standard. His goal is for owners and tenants alike to feel supported and confident in the management of their most valuable assets.

Salvatore stands out through his love of problem-solving and his commitment to going the extra mile, consistently delivering exceptional service while finding efficiencies in every task he undertakes. He also brings a genuine, approachable nature to the team, building strong relationships with both clients and colleagues.

Outside of work, Salvatore is passionate about sport—particularly NRL, football/soccer, and NBA. He enjoys spending quality weekends with his wife and son, staying active, and keeping up with his favourite teams.
