With a career that began in the hotel industry in 2019, Cliantha brings a strong foundation in service excellence, communication, and operational management to her role as Residential Property Manager. Her early experience delivering quality guest service naturally led her into managing over 100 short-stay Airbnb properties, where she honed her skills in client relations, problem-solving, and maintaining high-performing homes.

In 2024, Cliantha transitioned into residential property management, driven by her passion for creating positive experiences for both tenants and property owners. She is dedicated to making property management smooth, transparent, and stress-free—ensuring owners feel confident in their investment and tenants feel supported in their homes.

What sets Cliantha apart is her unique blend of hospitality and property management experience. She is calm under pressure, communicates with clarity and care, and always goes the extra mile to deliver exceptional service. Having managed a large portfolio of homes and short-stay rentals, she brings valuable insight into the needs and expectations of both sides of the rental relationship.

Outside of work, Cliantha enjoys building miniature LEGO sets—a hobby that reflects her patience, attention to detail, and creativity. She also loves exploring new food spots, from local cafés to hidden gems, always on the lookout for new flavours and experiences.
