Property Manager Assistant

With just under a decade of experience in real estate, Cobi Pullen brings a wealth of hands-on knowledge to her role as Property Management Assistant at Harcourts Pinnacle.

Cobi’s career began in reception before progressing through every level of property management,  from field agent and property manager through to Head of Department. Having started out in Mackay, she has spent the last number of years working across the north of Brisbane, developing a deep understanding of the local market and the communities she serves. She holds a Certificate IV in Property Services, underpinning her practical expertise with formal industry qualifications.

What drives Cobi is simple, helping people. Whether it is a landlord looking for peace of mind, a tenant navigating the rental process, or a client weighing up their next property move, Cobi approaches every interaction with honesty, trust, and genuine care. She understands the real estate journey from every angle, having been a tenant, a buyer, a seller, and a property investor herself. She currently owns her home and an investment property in Brisbane’s northern suburbs, giving her a first-hand appreciation of what her clients experience.

Outside of work, Cobi keeps life full and varied. She is currently studying at university, plays hockey, loves to cook and bake, and enjoys renovating her home. When she is not doing any of the above, you will find her spending time with her husband and their dog.
