Bridgette Marsden brings a refreshing and creative perspective to real estate, having built her career in digital design, printing, and visual communications. From running her own clothing printing business to delivering large-scale business and vehicle wraps, and ultimately specialising in wedding and event signage, Bridgette has spent years mastering the art of detail, presentation, and delivering for clients under pressure – skills that translate seamlessly into the world of real estate.

Now stepping into her role as Operations Manager for the Mike Melvin Team at Harcourts Pinnacle, Bridgette is focused on making a genuine difference for every client she works with. Her goal is straightforward: to be the reliable, approachable person that clients can turn to with any question, confident that nothing will fall through the cracks. She believes that behind every smooth real estate experience is someone quietly making sure every detail is handled with care and that is exactly the role she has set out to play.

Bridgette is no stranger to the real estate process. Her own experience as both a buyer and a seller has given her a deep appreciation for how much trust, communication, and attention to detail matter when it comes to one of life’s biggest decisions.

What sets Bridgette apart is her genuine enthusiasm and her willingness to back herself. She is not afraid to ask questions, take on new challenges, or put in the hard work to get the result her clients deserve.

Outside of work, Bridgette loves staying active and making time for the people and things she loves most, whether that is catching up with family and friends, or heading to her local café or op shop with her two dogs in tow.
