Training and Events Co-ordinator

Ash brings creativity, organisation, and a people-first approach to her role as Training and Events Coordinator — a position created specifically to support the people within our business. Her role plays a vital part in fostering a positive office environment and culture, ensuring our team stays connected, has fun, and continues to grow both personally and professionally.

With a background in education and the arts, Ash began her career as a high school dance and drama teacher before transitioning into real estate as a Leasing Consultant. After returning from maternity leave, she has embraced this new position with energy and passion, combining her love of learning with her commitment to community and connection.

Ash is driven by a genuine desire to help others and create meaningful experiences — from coordinating training sessions to planning engaging team events. Having personally rented and bought property, she understands the importance of communication, empathy, and great service in every real estate interaction.

Her background in teaching gives her a unique edge, allowing her to approach her work with creativity, structure, and a deep understanding of how to support and uplift those around her.

Outside of work, Ash enjoys a good TV binge, catching up over brunch, playing board games, or heading out on the water for a fish.
