Property Investment Consultant

Jacqui is the Property Investment Consultant for our Residential Property Management team, helping property owners and investors find the right management solution for their investment and ensuring a smooth transition into our care.

Jacqui began her real estate career in 2013 and brings broad experience across sales, leadership, performance management and operations. She has held roles including Sales Associate, Database Manager, Sales Performance Manager and Operations Leader, most recently leading operations, where she built the structure and systems that help high-performing teams deliver consistent results for their clients.

Before real estate, Jacqui worked in financial services as an Advisor Relationship Manager, developing strong skills in professional communication, relationship management and business development. Combined with her experience listing and selling homes, and having bought and sold property herself, she understands the decisions property owners face from every angle.

For investors, this means a knowledgeable first point of contact who takes the time to understand your goals, explains our approach clearly and connects you with a property management team built on structure, accountability and genuine care. Jacqui has a strong focus on using technology to improve efficiency and communication, so owners stay informed and their investment is well looked after.

Known for her positive energy and enthusiasm, Jacqui is motivated by building long-term relationships and seeing the people she works with succeed, whether that’s an investor growing their portfolio or a first-time owner leasing their property for the first time.

Outside of work, Jacqui enjoys an active lifestyle with her two young boys, with weekends spent at football games, little athletics, basketball and the gym. She also loves to travel, enjoys beach and bush adventures, and loves exploring new cuisines with her loved ones.
