Tenanted until September 2026, we discussed options with the seller and as reluctant as we are to transact offline, we mutually decided the best course of action was an off market sale to our active database.

We prepared the house to go to market, but ran through some buyers off market prior with the idea that it was likely the best option for our sellers.
