We are seeking a Property Investment Consultant for our residential property management team to increase our properties under management
On a daily basis you will be building relationships with and onboarding investors that our agency has had previous contact with
Requirements:
- Minimum 18 months experience in the property industry
- Not afraid to cold call or warm call
- Willing to work any hours required including Saturdays
- Self motivated, wanting to grow both personally and professionally
Skills, Qualifications & Experience required:
- Current real estate registration with Office of Fair Trading
- Drivers licence and your own clean, presentable car

We need another great Property Manager to join our team. Here is a quick snapshot:
- Portfolio based
- The leadership team spend time with our people to help develop their skills in work and personal life
- This is a place to grow your career and develop your leadership skills (our favourite leadership book is “Leadership Strategy and Tactics” by Jocko Willink – required reading for all team members and you will receive a copy of this book)
- We are not clock watchers, all we care about is that our customers are being looked after extremely well and that your colleagues love working with you
- If you want flexibility to work from the office or home, we encourage it
- We have a full time leasing agent in place already and a team that works extremely well together and is pretty easy going
- Admin support provided such as processing invoices, following up maintenance, lease renewals and more
- You will be working with a team of go getters. Our team works to an exceptional standard
- At the start of covid, we didn’t let anyone go, we focused on providing a better service and growing

Experience required: Capable of looking after at least 140 landlords/tenants and doing a standout job. If you haven’t worked as a property manager before but have worked in a real estate office for a minimum of 2 years and are 100% up for the challenge, then apply

This is a role where you will be counted on by clients and team members and you will need to be available outside normal hours. If you are rushing to switch off at 5pm then this is not the role for you. We are here to help and support our team be their best. Our properties are well looked after and this should be an easy transition. Saturdays are done on a rotating roster so approx once every 6 weeks.
Some of the tools we use are Console Cloud, Realworks, Docusign, IRE, 2apply and more. Even if you haven’t used these before, the right person will be able to pick up on these pretty quick. Portfolio sizes range between 120-150 and you should feel comfortable managing this size portfolio to a high standard especially with the support provided
Harcourts Pinnacle is looking for a full-time team member to take the reins on Accounts Payable and support our Administration Team to make sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. This role is crucial to keeping the entire team focussed and on track, allowing them to deliver their best work without distractions. Running the operations smoothly will allow us to streamline operations and help the entire team. It’s an exciting opportunity to make a real impact and ensure everything stays on course

- Summarising Payroll for our bookkeeper
- Checking and directing invoices to our bookkeeper
- Allocating expenses to the relevant department/client
- Contract Administration
- General Support
Qualifications and Qualities We Seek:
- Positive attitude, efficiency, and a proactive approach to learning.
- Strong work ethic and organizational skills.
- Comfortable with numbers and a very good eye for detail
- Real Estate Certificate (current or willing to obtain as part of a 5 day course).
If you possess the above qualities, but not the experience, we will provide you with the support and coaching to help you grow into the role and lead.
