Beginning as a Field Agent, she developed hands-on experience in routine inspections, maintenance coordination, and tenant interactions before progressing into a Property Manager’s Assistant role. There, she strengthened her expertise in legislation, arrears management, leasing, and portfolio organisation, ultimately stepping confidently into her current role as Property Manager.

Maria truly lives and breathes property management. She thrives on the fast-paced, ever-changing nature of the role and finds genuine fulfilment in problem-solving and building strong, lasting relationships with both property owners and tenants.

While she has not yet personally bought or rented, Maria has grown up in a family that takes great pride in their home, giving her a strong appreciation for the emotional and financial importance of property.
