Felicity Turple is a Property Investment Consultant with Harcourts Pinnacle’s award-winning property management department.

Felicity began her real estate career in 2021, quickly discovering an industry she genuinely loves. She started in sales administration before moving into residential sales, gaining a thorough understanding of every stage of the process along the way. Since then, she has built experience across both Melbourne and Queensland, working across prospecting, appraisals, marketing campaigns, auctions and negotiations, while helping buyers and sellers navigate one of the biggest milestones in their lives.

This background in residential sales has proven the perfect foundation for her role as a Property Investment Consultant. Her years spent running marketing campaigns and guiding negotiations have sharpened her ability to position properties effectively and secure strong outcomes for clients, while her time supporting buyers and sellers through major life decisions has instilled a genuine focus on client experience. Combined with a results-driven approach honed through the fast pace of sales, these skills allow Felicity to guide property investors with the same care, strategy and drive that defined her sales career.

For Felicity, real estate has always been about people first. She is committed to ensuring her clients feel comfortable, supported and genuinely looked after from start to finish, and takes pride in building long-term relationships based on trust. Her goal is simple: to be the person clients think of when they need honest advice or have a property question, even years down the track.

What sets Felicity apart is her genuine love of connecting with people. She works hard, stays positive and is always focused on making the people around her feel comfortable. She believes in doing things properly, communicating openly and following through on what she says she’ll do,  simple values that she considers the foundation of every lasting relationship.

Outside of work, Felicity loves exploring new cafés and restaurants, spending time with family and friends, and taking her miniature dachshund on adventures. She also enjoys travelling, staying active, and is always looking for new ways to keep learning and growing, both personally and professionally.
